At Barebones, we believe in quality and simplicity; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
